Shipping policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible using highly reliable and experienced couriers. Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery may be delayed by a few days. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Deliveries to Canada are prioritized since our headquarters are located in this country. Please consider that international orders may take a little longer than usual due to their distance. Delivery charges may or may not be included in the price of the item in question, please check for yourself before purchasing the delivery conditions and services as this may vary without notice, it is up to you to read the conditions which are likely to change at any time without notice.
